đ¸ Furbaby Photography⢠â Session Agreement
Image Usage: By booking a session, the Client agrees to purchase personal-use rights to the final images. These may be printed for personal display, shared with friends or family, or posted on personal social media accounts (credit is appreciated but not required). The images may not be sold, submitted to contests or publications, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission. The Photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Payment: Session fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Non-payment will result in cancellation. Any additional print or digital artwork must be paid in full before delivery.
Model Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client grants Furbaby Photography⢠permission to use images of the Client and/or their pets for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the website, advertising, and social media.
Indemnification & Liability Waiver: Once digital images are delivered, the Photographer is not responsible for loss, damage, or misplacement of files. It is the Clientâs responsibility to back up all delivered images. The Client also agrees to release Furbaby Photography⢠from liability for any injuries, incidents, or file loss that may occur during or after the session.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms outlined above.
