Contract for Calendar Contest

This is a standard, electronic, photo session contract, please read through, fill out the contact info, and sign your name digitally at the bottom.

This contract is made between Shayla Riccio, referred to as "Photographer," and the client, referred to as "Client,".

1. Complimentary Session Details

• Time of Sessions: available dates link here  (may be different if session is upgraded)

• Location of Session: CSU Gardens in Fort Collins located at 1401 Remington St, Fort Collins, CO 80524 (may be different if session is upgraded)

• Up to a 30-minute session (may be different if session is upgraded)

  
  

• Your pet's best image featured in the Furbabies of the Rockies 2025 Calendar (image is selected by photographer).

• Does not include images or artwork. They can be purchased separately.

• Does not include a printed calendar.

  Calendars will be available for purchase in October-December 2024.

  All Calendar proceeds benefit All Aboard Animal Rescue.

  
  

2. Cancellation Policy

• The client has the opportunity to reschedule a session within 24 hours of session.

  
  

• If the Client misses their session and communicates with the Photographer, they will get one more opportunity to reschedule.

• If the Client reschedules the session and fails to show up again, the Client will automatically forfeit their calendar session. The next runner-up will take the Client’s spot.

  
  

3. Weather and Rescheduling Policy

• If weather conditions are unsuitable for the session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to the Client.

• If the Client is unable to attend the predetermined session dates, they have the option to purchase a custom session for discounted fee of $95 at a date that works for both the Client and the Photographer*

• If the Client cannot attend the session and cannot purchase a custom session, they must forfeit the session to the next runner up.

4. Liability Waiver

• The Client releases the Photographer from any liability for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the session.

• The Client acknowledges that animals can be unpredictable, and the Client assumes all responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by their own pets or animals present at the session.

• The Photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the Client or any other participants in the session.

  
  

5. Artwork Refund Policy

If the Client purchases artwork: All artwork is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if the Client is unhappy with their artwork purchase (excluding damage caused by client or accident) the Photographer will buy the artwork back for the price it was sold. Artwork replacements due to photo lab defects or damage of original piece upon arrival will be replaced by the Photographer at no cost to the Client.

6. Model Release

I, the Client, hereby grant the Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of my pet(s), or in which I and/or my pet(s) may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Shayla Riccio and Furbaby Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

7. Agreement 

By signing this contract, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions set forth above.
